Jefferson, Washington, Franklin, Adams, Hamiton and others representatives created a framework for a new government.

Within this framework, Jesus Christ is supreme head of state.

The motto of this new government "by the blood of Jesus Christ we are saved".

Within this new government, all men would have the opportunity to become disciples of Jesus Christ.

The institution of slavery as implemented by the British, would have been dismanted, and all Africans slaves deported back to Africa by 1808.

In 1775, a practical gasoline combustable engine, had not been invented.

Therefore this new government with Jesus Christ as head of state could not be implemented.

Therefore the government of "We the People" was used as an alternative.

Article one, section three of the Constitution of the United States recognizes all Africans slaves as three-fifths humans.

Three-fifths humans were never taught to read and write.

Three-fifths humans never understood the life of Jesus Christ.

Three-fifths humans never received eternal life through the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

The Catholic church did not send missionaries to the colonies to address the spiritual needs of the African slaves.

Three-fifths humans were never taught Arabic.

Three-fifth humans were never taught righteousness of body ,mind, and soul.

Three-fifths humans is the mark of the beast as descibed within the book of revelation.

Three-fifths humans are eternal heathens.

Jefferson, Washington, Franklin, Adams, Hamiton and others representatives created a third framework for a new government, a new world.

This new world, new government, new Jerusalem would be established within another dimension.

The physical design of this new world, new Jerusalem, is detailed within the King James Bible, specifically, the book of revelation.

The United States of America is a model for this new world.

This new world, different dimension, requires a labor force.

Three-fifths humans, can escape eternal damnation, by becoming eternal slaves within this new world.

The concept of slavery is in the bible. The curse of Cain and Ham is within the bible.  Compromises, misinterpretations, technicalities exist within the heavens.
